Welcome to The Priory School

Our School is a small academy primary school situated in the picturesque hamlet of Pamber End, North Hampshire. There are 190 children in seven classes; children entering in the year they become five and leaving at the age of eleven.

The school provides a happy stimulating environment where children love to learn. It provides an excellent education for all and offers a wealth of opportunities that enable children to develop key skills that will last them a lifetime.

I hope you enjoy our website and reading about all that The Priory School has to offer your family.

Best regards

A School Tour

A bit about us

The school is justly proud of its reputation as a hidden gem within the local community. The school is certainly a precious place to pupils and parents, current and past. The “Good” judgement awarded by Ofsted in 2020 accurately captures the atmosphere as well as the achievements of the school, though we are always looking at ways to improve even further.

The Priory School is unique. It is steeped in history and yet it looks to the future. The school has proud traditions, but in recent years, there has been a significant investment in new technology and this is used creatively to enhance teaching. Children are encouraged to learn in a variety of ways and there is a very good balance between teaching and independent learning.
